"Happy and Sad Clown" is a traditional art piece by Laura Lemur. Painted and lined with acrylics, it depicts two cartoon clown characters. Their moods are definitely on opposite ends of the spectrum.

It’s funny how these characters came about and how much I love them now. When I first saw Steven King’s “It” movie, I became creeped out by clowns (even with as corny as it was). However, I came around after making the Happy and Sad Clown. I liked the idea of these two representing the essence of Happy and Sad, the former being saturated and the latter being desaturated.
